I will truly miss him. He is the first Prophet that I felt like I knew. I was too young and oblivious to appreciate any of his predecessors. I love his humor and optimism. I love how even though we live in this evil and selfish world, he always said "Rejoice!". I will always strive to follow this council, even now, after his passing.
When I told Lucy this morning, she cried and said "I never got to meet him!" I told her she would get to meet him in Heaven.

That is so cute that Lucy said that. Aren't kids inspirational. When we told Emily she said she was sad and that she would miss him. We had to also explain that he is in a better place and with people she loves.
