I ran around the track with Lucy and Matt ran with Emma. Looking at the pictures now I am regretting the brownies I ate yesterday. It's no wonder I was winded after only 400 meters :(
They both got metals.
Then Lucy won a raffle (anyone who ran was entered) and she got a really nice bicycle helmet (Matt is jealous).
Looks like we have budding track stars on our hands. Mommy couldn't be happier! I'm going to run in it if they have it again next year. I think I'll do the mile and the two mile. I don't think I'd be a good candidate for the 4 x 400 meter relay.
